Return Policies
●We
want you to be happy with your purchase and provide excellent
service and quick shipping.
●We
require that all cancellations be within 10 hours of placing your order.
●Should
your cancellation occur after shipping and delivery we will refund
the basket cost minus a $15 restocking fee.
●The
purchaser is responsible for paying all shipping charges.
●Damage
may occur that is the fault of the carrier please report it to the
carrier and fill out any forms they request. Report it to us
immediately!
●We
will do our best to assist in rectifying the situation if our product
is damaged by refunding or replacing the item(s) if necessary.
●Unopened
baskets may be returned with authorization only. You may
call or email
us for authorization. Authorization requires the gift basket to be
returned to us within five days.
●There
is no refund on baskets returned without authorization.
●Return
shipping is the recipient's/buyer's responsibility.
●Return
the item in the original packing material.
●No
credit will be given prior to us receiving the returned merchandise.
●No
gourmet food baskets can be returned if opened.
●Custom
orders can not be returned.
●Damage
done by the buyer/recipient is not refundable.
